Senior Manager, Wonderful Career Center

The Senior Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of the Wonderful Career Center, a vocational and skill-based training center serving employees across The Wonderful Company and tenants within the Wonderful Logistics Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Workforce Development, Organizational Leadership, Technical Training, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vocational training, workforce development, or technical education leadership
• 3 years experience managing staff and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience leading and being responsible for new technical, vocational, or skill-based training program design and launch
