Wonderful Scholar Summer Internship, Training Department

The Wonderful Scholar Summer Internship, Training Department, is a 6 to 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department.

Requirements

• Must be Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program
• Must be 18 years of age
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Be prepared to work in a manufacturing environment characterized by varying temperatures (hot or cold) and loud machinery
