Job Description
The Stage Technician is responsible for performing routine duties in the support of all stage activities related to the placement and movement of equipment and instruments. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork, and involves operating and troubleshooting stage equipment, serving as stage technician for events, and maintaining stage systems and equipment.
Requirements
- 3-year stage crew experience
- Thorough knowledge of concert production and stagecraft
- Operation of hand tools, current sound, video, and lighting equipment
- Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
- Ability to work within budgetary constraints
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to be a āproblem solverā and āplannerā
- Ability to work and meet deadlines in an environment with frequent distractions
