Job Description
The Work Agency have partnered with a US based metals producer to find a Maintenance Supervisor for their team. The role will take the responsibility for directly supervising all mine maintenance across the site, including underground and surface operations.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Over 10 years of experience in maintenance
- Engineering or technical certificate background
- Ability to build high performing teams
