As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide administrative support, ensure smooth operations, and create a welcoming and efficient workplace for colleagues, visitors, and partners.
Requirements
- General administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional, friendly front-of-house experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, office supplies and refreshments
- Support meeting room bookings and company events, set-ups, and diary coordination
- Maintain accurate records and reports and update internal systems as required
- Support Facilities and Maintenance Manager with raising works requests as required
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, safe, and well-stocked throughout your shift
- Collaborate with Maintenance Coordinators to provide cover during holiday periods to ensure team workload is balanced
