The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering clear, compelling, and consistent communications that help colleagues understand the company's direction and their role in elevating The Works. The role will involve leading the internal communications strategy, building a thoughtful communications rhythm, and ensuring internal channels are purposeful and effective.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Internal Communications or colleague engagement
• Ability to translate strategy into simple, engaging messages for diverse audiences
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, with a sharp eye for tone and clarity
• Confident influencing senior leaders and challenging constructively
• Excellent organisation and planning discipline
• Experience working with frontline / multi-site operational audiences
