Job Description
The Wright Center for Community Health is seeking a board-certified Geriatrician to provide care in their community-focused medical home model. Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Graduate Medical Education in an ACGME Accredited Residency Program
- Current certification or possess qualifications acceptable to the Review Committee
- Board Certification in Geriatrics
- DEA Certification
- Valid physician license for State of Pennsylvania
- Current BLS, ACLS
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with electronic health records
