Job Description
The Y in Central Maryland is seeking an Early Learning Coach to support educational quality and positive child outcomes in the Baltimore County Early Head Start program. The Early Learning Coach will conduct classroom observations, provide feedback to teachers, and work with zone managers to create quality improvement plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor Degree Early Childhood Development is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with infants, toddlers, and two year old children
- CPR and First Aid certificate
- Valid criminal background check and employment reference check
