Job Description
Join the Y in Central Maryland as a Resource Aide and contribute to the well-being and education of young children. As a member of our Head Start team, you will provide classroom or individualized instruction, support special needs children, and ensure the health, welfare, and safety of children in your care.
Requirements
- Interest in the well-being and education of young children
- Prior experience working with special needs children
- Effective communication and listening skills
- 90 hour child care certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- High school diploma or GED
