Job Description
Thea Energy is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to establish and scale our Quality Management System (QMS). Your efforts will directly contribute to the organization's success by ensuring that the complex systems we build meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with relevant ISO standards
- Oversee supplier quality, incoming inspection and in process validation for critical hardware components
- Manage and develop company policies, programs, and procedures for non-conformance, corrective actions, and anomaly investigations
- Work with the Company’s leadership and technical teams to integrate quality checkpoints into the engineering design and manufacturing lifecycle
- Work with the technical teams to ensure proper quality measures are instituted for both hardware and software
- Lead internal audits and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams
