Field Service Technician

This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment as a Field Service Technician. The role involves becoming a certified ETC Authorized Service Provider, preparing and starting up new stage & studio lighting systems, providing field service for existing lighting systems and equipment, and providing technical phone support during and after business hours.

Requirements

• Experienced with installation, operation and integration of entertainment and architectural lighting control systems
• Background in Live Production, Broadcast or Film Production Industries
• Fluent in DMX and network control configurations
• Comprehends riser diagrams, technical schematics and related drawings
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Available to travel to jobsites for extended periods (2 or more days)
• Promotes a safe work environment and experience
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle for business use
• Able to lift 50lbs safely
• Able to work at height
