Job Description
The Student Ministry Director is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the Eleven22 Students' ministry, aiming to align campus culture with the church's mission to make disciples. This role involves spiritual and strategic alignment, ministry planning, team development, parent/church partnership, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will embody the Church of Eleven22's values and embody a servant leadership style.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7–10 years of ministry leadership experience
- Proven success in team development and event execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Active participation in the church
- Demonstrated ability to shepherd and equip staff
