Job Description
This Worship Leader position at The Church of Eleven22 is focused on supporting the worship ministry, partnering with the Worship Director, and leading worship services at campus events. Responsibilities include managing worship teams, planning events, maintaining the environment, and adapting to change. The role is part-time and exempt.
Requirements
- Strong theological knowledge and ability to deliver gospel truths within worship services
- Instrumental proficiency – strong vocal, musicianship and stage presence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ableton Live and Planning Center Online programs
- Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader with 2+ years of experience growing a worship ministry
