Job Description
TheIncLab is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead complex engineering projects, guide small teams, and develop high-quality software. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in software development and team leadership, and be able to take full ownership of project outcomes. The role offers limitless growth opportunities in technical and leadership pathways.
Requirements
- Active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and engineering
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead on projects
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and.NET (C#)
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Hybrid position requiring three days in office (Tuesday to Thursday) at the Colorado, Springs, CO office location
