
Job description
This position leads business relationships with major customer groups, including wholesalers and retailers. Identify opportunities, overcome obstacles, plan, negotiate, and execute with customers to achieve KPIs and revenue growth.
Deeply understand each customer's business, strategy, and goals, and use data and insights to highlight business opportunities and threats, driving business decision-making. Build mutually beneficial relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and execute customer plans, including pricing, product portfolio, trading conditions, promotional activities, and in-store exposure expansion and activation.
3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry with a network of wholesalers and retailers, account management experience. Strategic thinking-based excellent business sense and judgment. Honesty and integrity. High desire for results.
