Job Description
IT Systems Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software across Thenamaris-managed vessels and corporate offices, with a focus on cyber security and collaboration with the Technical department.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT, with strong knowledge of systems engineering and administration.
- Previous experience in the maritime industry is mandatory.
- Understanding of cyber security principles, secure configuration practices, patching processes, and infrastructure hardening.
- Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to travel as operational needs require.
