Theodo is seeking a Delivery Director to manage a team of Lead Product Managers and Product Managers, with a focus on career development and delivery success. The role involves accompanying team members, ensuring quality delivery, and contributing to staffing and pre-sales. The position offers a unique approach to technology and product development, with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
- Engineering graduate with over 8 years of professional experience
- At least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product) in startups, ESN, or consulting firm
- Ability to carry project delivery: quality, deadlines, creation of value
- Good relational and client skills
- Solid feedback and management skills
- AI-oriented
- Willing to learn, challenge your team, ask for help, and accept being challenged
