Job Description
As an Engineering Manager at Theodo, you will ensure the quality of products, grow tech leads, and assist the CTO on technical positioning. You will have direct management by the CTO or VP Engineer and receive Lean management training.
Requirements
- Significant experience (at least 8 years) in technical team management
- Able to unlock tech leads on complex technical challenges
- Know how to animate an demanding and high-performance team
- Excellent leadership and customer contact
