Requirements
- Engineering: ensure the success of projects with clients, especially in the FinTech sector, with technical quality and scalability of architectures.
- Management: manage tech leads and developers teams on projects, and bear the management of career of 5 to 15 engineers over time.
- AI: explore and share new ways of working with AI and agentics, with techs and product teams.
