Job Description
Theodo Group is seeking a Senior AI Advisory Manager/Consultant to contribute to the launch of its AI Advisory activity, leading and selling AI and Data consulting missions, and developing business growth. The role involves piloting delivery of AI consulting missions, being a trusted advisor for clients, and structuring execution towards impact. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a consulting firm or recognized Data/IA boutique, with experience on SBF120/CAC40 accounts or scale-ups with strong organizational complexity.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a consulting firm or recognized Data/IA boutique
- Experience on SBF120/CAC40 accounts or scale-ups with strong organizational complexity
- Tech-fluency with understanding of SI/data architecture and ability to test tools (LLMs, agents...)
- Genuine trusted advisor posture with active listening, situational intelligence, reliability, and ability to create confidence with decision-makers
- Master top-down synthesis with ability to captivate a COMEX in 3 slides and dive into technical details when necessary
- Strong analytical rigor and culture of ROI with ability to quantify financial impact and lead execution with an obsession for results
