Senior Delivery Manager

Theodo is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex client projects and programmes end-to-end, with a focus on product scope management, quality, delivery execution, client satisfaction, and community & continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of delivery management experience on complex digital or technology projects
• Proven track record managing both fixed-price and time/materials engagements
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and steering committees
• Demonstrable examples of scope negotiation and risk management on large or high-stakes projects
• Experience running agile ceremonies and holding teams to a high standard of delivery
• Comfortable using delivery data to drive commercial decisions
