Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Tech
- 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead
- Mastery of complex web concepts (front, back, BDD, Infra, Deploy, CI, Logs) and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Interest in quality code and clear architecture
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- Strong team spirit and coaching abilities
