Requirements

• Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance to facility staff
• Review and revise facility’s clinical guidelines
• Supervise facility clinical staff
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illness and chronic diseases
