Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Theoria Medical. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities. You will work short, balanced workdays (6-hour shifts) with flexible schedules, and have access to a supportive community, state-of-the-art technology, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to work flexible schedules and round daily
• Ability to timely document patient care/encounters
• Ability to be available for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff
• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services
