Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities. The provider will round daily, prescribe medications, and provide comprehensive care. This is an in-person position with a flexible schedule and no on-call requirements.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to perform rounding, documentation, and other essential functions of the position
