Job Description
TheraTree is seeking a Behavior Analyst to deliver data-driven ABA services and support children with behavioral challenges. The role involves assessing, designing, and leading treatment plans, as well as working collaboratively with families and a team. The company aims to raise the standard for pediatric care through therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Univeristy program or equivalent coursework.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred— or currently eligible to begin fieldwork.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky.
