Job Description
TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is seeking a visionary LMFT to join their multidisciplinary team and transform pediatric therapy. The role involves providing expert-level clinical interventions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to empower children and families. Therotherapy emphasizes a strengths-based approach and provides parents with support to strengthen home and school connection.
Requirements
- An expert clinician with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program (AAMFT, CACREP, or COAMFTE)
- Active LMFT license in Kentucky or eligibility for supervision towards licensure
- Minimum of 200 hours of clinical supervision and board-required examination
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong organizational skills and documentation
- Problem-solving skills
- Understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and ethical decision-making
