Physical Therapy Manager (Owensboro)

TheraTree is seeking a Physical Therapy Manager to oversee all Physical Therapy staff and ensure a complete therapeutic process for children. This role involves screening and evaluating patients, administering assessments, creating treatment plans, supervising assistants, and providing training. The ideal candidate will be skilled, passionate, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by CAPTE.
• Initial certification obtained from the The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and nonverbal).
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in a clinical environment.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Aligned with organizational goals.
