Field Installation Leadman

The Field Installation Leadman will spend up to 95% of their time on the road providing hands on supervision to the crew installing TTX systems at customer sites.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency required, technical degree in welding or technical education coursework preferred
• Experience in MIG welding required, TIG welding a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, math skills including basic math, fractions, decimals, algebra, and geometry
• Ability to precisely read a tape measure, knowledge of metal working tools and safe use of these tools
• Ability to operate manual or semiautomatic welding equipment, ability to read and follow written and verbal standard operation and safety instructions
• Ability to complete assigned projects within required timeline, ability to cooperate with TTX management and accept instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with all fellow co-workers, maintain acceptable attendance and arrive at work early enough to be ready to work at the start of your shift
• Follow safety procedures and reporting requirements, ability to travel to customer sites for system installations, service, and warranty work
• Ability to travel internationally, safe use of ladders, powered lifts, and comfortable doing elevated work in a harness
