Thermotraffic is a leading international company in temperature-controlled logistics services. We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive Import/Export Customs Assistant to strengthen our Customs team.

Requirements

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of customs declarations for import and export shipments
• Checking and processing customs documentation, including import and export declarations, customs permits, and certificates
• Maintaining contact with customers and transporters to collect all necessary information for customs declarations
• Assisting with resolving any customs-related issues or problems
• Ensuring a precise registration and archiving of customs data and documentation
• Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure an efficient and streamlined customs handling
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement and compliance with customs laws and procedures
