The Hut Group (THG) is seeking a Facility Technician to support our local operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for building and installations, maintaining operational readiness of systems, and performing ongoing maintenance of building equipment.
Requirements
- Technical secondary education
- Electrical engineer's license
- Authorizations for forklift and scissor lift trucks
- Asset management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical, electrical engineering, HVAC and related systems
- Ability to perform maintenance and installation work
- Ability to work at heights above 3m
- Knowledge of building installations
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations
- Ability to diagnose faults and defects
- Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
- Ability to use a computer and software (Word, Excel, CMMS)
- Ability to work in a team and high personal culture
- Willingness to work shift work in a 24/7 system
