Junior Chemist | Bentley Labs

Bentley Laboratories is seeking a Junior Chemist to assist in developing OTC and non-OTC products, preparing formulas for customer samples, and reviewing Product Development Requests. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in cosmetic formulation development and R&D, a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields, and strong time and project management skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in cosmetic formulation development and R&D
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields
• Strong time and project management skills
• Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements (FDA, CTFA and PCPC) for formulation
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP)
• A proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Creativity and flexibility
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
