Job Description
Thind Management is seeking a Hospitality Task Force Engineer to deploy to hotels and restaurant concepts to oversee, assess, and restore the maintenance and repair of each property’s physical infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years hotel engineering experience
- Experience in both full-service and select-service hotel environments
- Strong HVAC and electrical background
- Experience operating full-service mechanical plants
- Vendor negotiation and contract management experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Comfortable training and mentoring junior engineers
- OSHA knowledge required
- EPA/HVAC certification preferred
- CPO certification preferred
- Elevator and life-safety system coordination experience strongly preferred
