Internship: Future Maths Teacher/Educator Program (Full-Time Conversion Opportunity)

Think Academy is a high-growth education company seeking a dynamic, proactive and efficient HR and Administration Officer to support its fast-paced office. The company offers a fully remote opportunity, subject to performance and team needs, with a path to full-time position as an Online Math Teacher upon graduation.

Requirements

• Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform
• Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy's curriculum and teaching guidelines
• Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students
• Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents
• Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary
• Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students

Benefits

• Internship: RM1,200.00
• Back to school Part time: RM50/hr
• Full time pay immediately after probation: RM3,500 + RM300 (Transportation Allowance)
