Job Description
Older Youth Leaders (OYLS) work directly with a class of 20-25 students, acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor.
Requirements
- Serve as a positive adult role model for older youth
- Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment
- Support older youth in making positive behavior choices
- Pass Live Scan background check and TB test
- Have Advanced Math and English skills (6-12 grade)
- Have Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
