Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and collaborative Education Coach to support preschool educators in implementing high-quality early childhood education practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field (master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, coaching, and guiding staff and classroom teaching experience
- Child Development Program Director Permit (Commission on Teaching Credentialing)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum implementation, and assessment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
- CLASS and CLASS Environment Reliable
- Experienced in DRDP
- Experienced with screening tools: ASQ:SE ASQ-3 assessment tools
- Experience with QRIS
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching models (e.g., Practice-Based Coaching, Reflective Practice)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
- Internet software
- Use typical office equipment
