Program Leader

Program Leaders work with an assigned group of students, providing a safe and nurturing environment and acting as a positive adult role model. Responsibilities include leading a group of students, creating an engaging environment, and supporting students in making positive behavior choices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• District-specific - 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test
• Ability to speak and write Standard English
• Pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting)
• Negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years
• At least six months experience working with a group of 10 or more students
• Advanced Math and English skills (K–8)
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Bi-literate (Spanish preferred)
