Program Leader

Program Leaders work with assigned groups of students, providing a safe and nurturing environment. They must have a genuine interest in student growth and development. This is a part-time, in-person position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Required
• 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test (district-specific)
• Ability to speak and write Standard English
• Pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting)
• Negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years
• At least six months experience working with a group of 10 or more students
• Advanced Math and English skills (K–8)
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Support our English-learner population by being bi-literate (Spanish preferred)
