Data Engineer

Thinkific is a learning commerce platform looking for an Intermediate Data Engineer to join their team. The role involves working with engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to solve data problems across the company. Responsibilities include taking ownership of undefined problems, shipping customer-facing analytics dashboards and features, and raising the bar on technical quality across the data team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working across data engineering, full-stack development, analytics, or some combination
• Solid data engineering experience, including building and maintaining pipelines, working with warehouses, and understanding data modeling and quality
• Full-stack development experience, including shipping production code that users interact with
• Hands-on experience with dbt and BigQuery or similar stacks
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to ship things and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
