Player Personnel Associate (External Agency Staff)

The Player Personnel Associate position works with the Player Personnel staff to monitor club compliance with the NFL Constitution & Bylaws, the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and other League rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited four-year College or University.
• Prior experience in a college athletics department or a professional sports league or club is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI, and statistical modeling tools a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• General understanding of NFL Player Personnel rules.
• Knowledge of NFL clubs and primary football front office personnel.
• Familiarity with the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement.
