We're on the search for a superstar Engineering Manager to lead a remote team of Software Engineers and deliver frequent and high-impact value to our customers in over 150 countries. As an Engineering Manager at Cloudbeds, you will work across departments to eliminate obstacles and optimize performance, quality, and communication. Requirements

• Manage a high-performing, agile software team in a rapidly growing, global organization
• Be a hands-on manager and contribute to the codebase
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the software development lifecycle
