We are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the core accounting and financial operations systems that power the Cloudbeds platform. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality operations and accounting, shaping how tens of thousands of properties worldwide handle folio transactions, record money movements, close their books, and integrate with downstream financial systems.
Requirements
- Own the strategy and lead the execution of our financial operations & accounting products within the Cloudbeds Platform
- Lead accounting integrations from end to end, with a focus on platform extensibility, clear documentation, and an excellent developer experience for partners and customers
- Drive user discovery to deeply understand workflows, constraints, and pain points
- Translate business and customer needs into concise and detailed product requirements
- Use data to validate hypotheses and to justify product decisions
- Define success metrics and track progress throughout product life cycle
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and integration partners to deliver world-class products
