Fiber Optic Field Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Full-Time Fiber Optic Field Assistants, supporting fiber optic installation, testing, and maintenance work in the field with paid training, certification, and long-term career opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of one (1) year of fiber optic field experience
• Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to agree to a background check
• Willingness to agree to a drug test
• Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying environments
