Job Description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to join our fast-growing fintech team at Thndr. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, containerization, networking, and DevOps best practices, and be able to design, implement, and guide a robust DevOps and infrastructure roadmap across both cloud and on-premise environments.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, networking services)
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) for containerized applications
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing) in cloud and on-prem environments
- Proven experience in designing and implementing DevOps strategies and infrastructure roadmaps
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of security best practices and fintech compliance standards
