Job Description
We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals, promote independence, and foster inclusion in a residential and community setting.
Requirements
- Implement person-centered supports
- Foster positive interactions with individuals, peers, family, and the community
- Document activities, services, and progress in accordance with policies and regulations
- Support individuals' medical needs
- Promote community integration and socialization
- Assist individuals with financial tasks
- Attend required trainings
- Coordinate meal preparation
