Chief Growth Officer

Thomas Cuisine is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead all elements of healthy long-term growth for the organization, including business development, marketing, client retention, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading growth, strategy, or revenue expansion initiatives, and will be able to formulate a long-term growth strategy in collaboration with the Board and executive team.

Requirements

• Formulate long-term growth strategy in collaboration with the Board and executive team
• Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities
• Build and sustain a top performing business development team
• Develop partnership management strategy
• Direct and oversee the company marketing function
• Collaborate with finance and operations on pricing strategies and business models
• Develop and oversee client retention strategy
• Regularly attend Board meetings and provide updates on growth strategy and objectives
