Job Description
Join our team as an Inpatient Clinical Registered Dietitian and make a meaningful impact on patient health through expert nutrition care. Conduct nutrition assessments, provide therapeutic diet education, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
Requirements
- Conduct nutrition assessment for patients within required time frames
- Provide appropriate documentation that summarizes the nutrition care plan
- Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning activities
- Develop, implement, and/or make recommendations for an individualized plan for nutrition intervention
- Review/approve therapeutic diets to ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
