Job Description
At Thomas Eye Group, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant Scribe to join our Atlanta, GA team. The role involves direct patient interaction, preparing patients for examinations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
- High level of professionalism and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- College degree preferred; BS degree related to medical/healthcare field is preferred
- No prior experience required but experience in medical/healthcare field is preferred
