Job Description
Responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, staff, and budgets in a medical clinic setting, including compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- HS diploma, college degree preferred, CMA certification desired
- 5 years medical experience, ophthalmology preferred
- 2 years medical billing/coding and 2-3 years front desk experience
- Advance knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Knowledge of diagnostic codes, billing codes, and filing claims
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to lead and manage staff (co-workers)
- Aptitude with mathematical functionality (budgets, ledgers, financial reporting)
