Job Description
Provides pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures, conducts patient assessments, and ensures readiness for surgery, while collaborating with surgeons and other team members.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certification
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in perioperative, PACU, critical care, or emergency nursing
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment
